Pregnancy in rudimentary horn is rare occurrence with incidence of less than 1 150,000. Pregnant can present wide range symptoms that may be similar to ectopic pregnancy or remain silent features normal pregnancy. Management typically resection the and ipsilateral fallopian tube by either laparotomy laparoscopy.
